Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Classic Lashes Fill - 4 Weeks Fill.

Typically 45 to 60 minutes depending on how many natural lashes are retained and amount of new extension placement required. Your technician assesses retention, removes loose lashes, and refills to restore fullness while maintaining shape and lash health.

Avoid oil-based makeup and heavy mascara on appointment day; clean, makeup-free lashes allow better adhesion and faster service. If you arrive with residue, your stylist will gently cleanse lashes, which may add time to your appointment.

We recommend a 3–4 week fill cycle, with this 4-week service ideal for moderate retention. Regular fills preserve the look and health of your lashes and prevent uneven gaps, ensuring consistent, natural results between full replacement appointments.

When applied and maintained by a certified technician, classic fills should not damage natural lashes. We use proper adhesives, isolation, and gentle removal of loose extensions to protect growth. Follow aftercare and avoid oil-based products to minimize risk.

Avoid swimming, saunas, and heavy sweating for the first 24–48 hours after your fill to allow adhesive to fully cure. After that, gentle exercise is fine; use care with oils or heat to prolong retention and protect extensions.

Minor shedding is normal, but if you notice excessive loss, contact us for an assessment. We offer corrective fills or touch-ups depending on retention. Avoid rubbing eyes, using oil-based products, or sleeping face-down to help prevent premature shedding.
